Design for the Book Cover of “Bessatsu Yosumi Volume 2,” Published by SORAJIMA's Manga Editorial Team

“Bessatsu Yosumi Volume 2,” a collection of manga from SORAJIMA’s manga editorial team “Yosumi,” has been released. Under the special feature theme “Meguri Todoku.”, the book includes four standalone manga stories, three first chapters from serialized manga, four essays, one tanka poem, and one conversation.

IN FOCUS was responsible for the book cover design, as well as the art direction and design of the interior article pages.

Based on Yosumi’s concept, “To be rich.”, we aimed to create a book design that is not bound by the existing framework of manga magazines.
