Kaonavi, Inc. has developed a new AI agent, “KTi.” IN FOCUS created the concept film for the product.
“KTi” is a new service that uses AI to analyze the talent data accumulated by Kaonavi from multiple perspectives, supporting a wide range of decision-making, from management to the workplace, including one-on-one meetings, career consultations, and personnel placement.
The service is designed to harness talent data and AI to empower individuals to shape their own careers while unlocking greater potential across the organization.
In the film, a symbol inspired by the “K” in “KTi” and 3DCG using colorful gradients express a world in which vast amounts of talent data become connected and transform into new possibilities through the intelligence of AI. By combining live-action business scenes with UI and motion graphics, the film portrays KTi as an advanced service that stays close to people in their everyday “work.”
Rather than showing an “answer” generated by AI, KTi draws out answers unique to each company from the data it has accumulated. By combining live action, CG, and motion graphics, the film dynamically depicts the new value of “Talent intelligence” brought by KTi and a world in which it connects people and organizations to new possibilities.
